Refund policy
I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. Please be sure to carefully review your order as I cannot guarantee that I will be able to change the order once its been sent to my manufacturer (I always try my best to accommodate changes, but it is not always possible to do this).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your order (dacoolshopinfo@gmail.com) and I will be happy to send you a replacement.
